Customer Coordinator / Sales Administrator

Hourly Rate – £30,000 – £34,000 equivalent
Are you an experienced sales administrator or sales order processor who is passionate about providing excellent customer service?
Are you currently available to undertake a 3 month contract based in the Stockport area?

What will the role involve?
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
- Arranging customer deliveries including international shipments
- Preparing necessary paperwork, including for customs requirements
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to expedite customer orders
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Previous B2B customer facing experience in a sales administrator / export role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A good working knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Commercial acumen including experience calculating selling price & margin
