As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CRM strategy, working closely with the sales team to develop a structured lead nurturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to gain valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making.
Continuous Improvement Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM, recommending and implementing enhancements to our CRM strategy and systems.
Your Background:
Whether you’re working in an agency or client-side, if you have experience in marketing and can interpret data to feed into a CRM strategy and wider marketing strategy, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM platforms and a high level of proficiency with Google Analytics.
