THE COMPANY

This role is with an exciting FinTech who have grown rapidly and are continuing to expand. They are seeking an experienced and driven candidate to lead their lending strategies, pricing optimisation and wider analytics. This is an excellent opportunity to join a unique and very successful business and take real ownership over your work.

THE ROLE

This role would see you working across a range of strategy for their customers, including work on:

  • Driving the development of a wide range of lending strategies, focusing on pricing and profitability
  • Using analytics and broader data analysis to optimise and enhance these strategies for existing customers
  • Leading the development of the business and working on innovative ways of driving new business
  • Manage a small team to drive business performance and define the future work of the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work across multiple projects
  • Prior work across risk strategy or consumer lending
  • Experience working with NPV or broader pricing/valuation models
  • Strong SQL skills are essential – ideal to have used Python as well
  • Prior experience in a FinTech environment
  • Line management experience is desirable
  • Educated to at least degree level in a STEM degree, from a Russell Group University
