We are looking for individuals with experience in either Credit Control or a recent graduate to join a leading Financial Services company in Huddersfield. Responsibilities
Contact clients to discuss their needs and provide advice and support in respect of policy compliance, obtaining cover, and reporting over dues.
To provide advice and support on claims and over dues, processing claims promptly, and seeking to ensure the best client outcome.
To assist in ensuring that client’s renewal proposals are presented in accordance within FCA Requirements and in line with the companies pre agreed time scales
To file all relevant paperwork and electronic messages as directed and in accordance with Credit Risks filing protocols.
Obtain referrals and new business for other members of the group
To at all times comply with FCA regulation and company procedures
Experience:
Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths.
Experience of working in Credit / Financial Services (preferred)
Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, to support client service delivery.
Organised with good time management skills working to agreed priorities.
Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues.
Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite
