Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a company in Leeds who are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and flexibility over days and times that the role is fulfilled. You will work closely with the wider finance team and a range of internal stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily cash allocation
- Processing and allocation of Direct Debit collections
- Reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly debtor’s report
- Send customer statements and copy invoices
- Chase overdue invoices with customers
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Process credit notes and manual invoices
- Update and maintain the finance inbox with Credit Control queries
- Ad hoc finance duties
You will need to demonstrate:
- Previous credit control experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Use of Xero (desirable)
- Confident communicator
