Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a company in Leeds who are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and flexibility over days and times that the role is fulfilled. You will work closely with the wider finance team and a range of internal stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily cash allocation
Processing and allocation of Direct Debit collections
Reconciliations
Preparation of weekly debtor’s report
Send customer statements and copy invoices
Chase overdue invoices with customers
Reconcile customer accounts
Process credit notes and manual invoices
Update and maintain the finance inbox with Credit Control queries
Ad hoc finance duties
You will need to demonstrate:
Previous credit control experience
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Use of Xero (desirable)
Confident communicator
