A unique Education business based in Yardley, Birmingham is looking for a proactive and positive individual to step take up this fantastic opportunity within our diverse and growing team. Ideally you will possess existing experience within an administrative / credit control capacity and be motivated within the following responsibilities:

  • Day to day Collections / Credit Control by Telephone and Email
  • Act as a point of contact for all queries
  • Query Management and Resolution of issues that are preventing Payment
  • Working Internally and Externally to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Allocation and Reconciliation of Payments
  • Update of Customer Records
  • Production of copy for the sales element of the business
  • Ad hoc duties
  • All round administrative support of the team including preparation of reports and presentations

The successful candidate will have prior Administration experience alongside exposure to credit control or PA duties. You must be happy working with online payment systems such as GoCardless and Stripe and any other CRM systems but also have a creative flair. This is a fantastic and progressive opportunity within family feel company.

This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am start. This role will highly suit someone mature and experienced who is looking for a steady committed role. Hours and salary is negotiable at interview and depends on experience. There is parking available and/or public transportation is readily accessible.
