CQC Registered Clinic Manager required in Central London.

Our client is a leading dermatology and aesthetics practice dedicated to providing high-quality skin care services to their patients. With a team of experienced dermatologists and aestheticians and state-of-the-art facilities, they are committed to delivering excellent patient care and promoting skin health. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CQC Registered Manager to join their team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the dermatology practice meets and exceeds the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will lead the implementation of policies and procedures, oversee day-to-day operations, and work closely with the team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CQC Compliance: Ensure that the practice meets all CQC standards and regulations. Lead the preparation for CQC inspections and implement any necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Commercial development of all services and revenue lines
  • Effective budgetary management
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with CQC guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Staff Management: Oversee and support the practice staff, ensuring they are well-trained and informed about CQC standards. Conduct regular training sessions to maintain awareness and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks within the practice, taking proactive measures to minimize potential issues and improve overall safety.
  • Patient Feedback and Satisfaction: Develop and maintain systems for gathering patient feedback and use this information to drive improvements in service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Registered Manager with a valid CQC registration.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably in and aesthetics, dermatology or a related field.
  • A proven ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and people development skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
