The Role: Cover Supervisor (Full-Time, Immediate Start)
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans across different subject areas.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
Adapting to a variety of teaching styles and subject matter.
Ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience for students.
Key Requirements:
Strong behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
