Company With a hub based in the Thames Valley, our client, a well-recognised ‘TOP 10’ accounting firm has a unique opportunity for you to transition into a director or partner within the transaction advisory services team.
Role You will lead business development and client relationship management. Whilst motivating and coaching the team, and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Oversee the preparation of the client deliverable, ensuring a quality document is produced to facilitate the client’s decision making. * Manage all aspects of the transaction competently. * Interpret and analyse complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately. * Lead the presentation of conclusions and recommendations to the client and discuss the implications and action points.
Requirements You will need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with post qualification deals experience.
* Experience in Transaction Advisory * Previous management experience, particularly in developing and motivating a team. * Ability to confidently perform client facing work. * A strong network of contacts
