This is a great chance for an enthusiastic and motivated Lawyer to become part of a successful firm with offices across Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Offering an excellent fee-share structure, with no commitment to a minimum number of hours. This is a flexible arrangement that allows you to work from home and to fit your work around your other commitments. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and solid experience of High Street legal work – either Employment law or Company Commercial law.
The successful candidate will have great people skills and be an enthusiastic team player. You will need good organisational, time management and IT skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. The confidence and ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment is essential, as is excellent standards of client care and great communication skills.
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is interested in developing a successful fee-sharing career with us. A following would be desirable, although the Firm are confident that they can grow this work for the successful candidate, this would generate enough work for a part time role.
