Are you an experience Compliance Manager, looking for thier next career move?
Do you want to work closely with the Head of Compliance for a highly successful Chartered Financial Planning company.
Then this role could be for you! We are working with an IFA firm based in Poole, looking to expand their compliance team. You’ll work closely with the advisers to ensure they are offering a high level of service, as well as adhering to FCA regulations and rules.
Your role as a Compliance Manager will include:
Working closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure strict rules, regulations and legislations are followed
Maintain accurate complaince records and identifying any issues quickly, as well as aiding in gathering information/records etc
Moniter the firms overall complaince, prioritising the interests of clients
Provide T&C support to the Advisers
Support in updating processes and procedures

Skills and experience required:
Experience working in a Compliance role within Financial Planning
Level 4 Diploma or Compliance specific qualifications
