I am working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join either as Senior Associate or Partner. As a remote firm, they offer flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere while still being part of a dedicated and passionate team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a highly regarded Partner who has established a strong reputation in both London and Hampshire. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of commercial property matters, including representing developers, funds, property companies, occupiers, trusts, and syndicates. Additionally, you’ll be involved in projects related to higher education accommodation projects, public-private property partnerships, telecommunications, and leaseback transactions. Essentially, your role will be to work and build upon their existing client-base in a business development focused role. As the representative of this esteemed firm, you’ll have the chance to shift away from the rigid billing targets, placing significant emphasis on building your own client connections and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
