You will be responsible for handing a broad range of transactions involving various commercial properties and land, including but not limited to office spaces, retail outlets, leisure facilities, licensed premises, and agricultural land.

To be successful in this role you will:
* be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid grounding in commercial property work.
* Be commercially astute and pragmatic with the ability to focus on your clients’ needs to provide practical and robust advice.
* Have a good understanding of the commercial property market, its challenges and opportunities.
* A sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
* Confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard.
* Competent IT skills.
