Partner Financial are working with a consumer technology business operating globally. The business has huge investment backing, as they are looking to expand operations rapidly to grow their substantial market cap. The company has a strong performance history in their pledge towards sustainability, the customer experience, and their commitment to change and transformation.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will play a key role defining and implementing different projects to achieve a successful delivery of the Groups Commercial Transformation across the revenue team.
Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Head of Commercial to implement and monitor the performance of the strategy behind different product or programme change propositions
- Ensuring the different project strategies turn into tangible plans and actions, across the different business areas
- Leading different Business Cases for promotional activities and limited editions across the Group
- Working alongside the Commercial Leadership team and CCO to identify key commercial drivers and align them to the several product or programme changes
- Business partnering with different divisions across the Group, influencing at a senior stakeholder level and ensuring their alignment and buy-in to the new strategy
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in delivering complicated, cross-team projects to achieve successful outcomes
- Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills partnered the ability to provide meaningful insights from collected data
- Experience building strong relationships with different stakeholders across the business
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- Proactive individual with the ability to effectively manage various projects while adhering to deadlines
