A UK leading hospitality business is seeking a Commercial Accountant to manage accounts for their group of restaurants.
Role and responsibilities:
Support the Head of Commercial Finance
Prepare of draft and final management accounts
Support the sales and marketing departments on sales analysis and forecasts
Lead monthly Financial Review Meetings
Laise with Managers and chefs
Involvement with the impact and improvement on pricing strategies and promotional activity
Ad-hoc training for junior staff
Produce the monthly accounts
Analyse promotions
Prepare and review all individual budgets
Balance sheet reconciliations
Produce monthly financial summaries
Produce the weekly forecast
Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the end of financial year audit
Budgets and Forecasts
This role is perfect for someone who is part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA and is keen to work in a fast-paced environment. This will suit somebody with high ambition who can adapt to new challenges and is commercially minded. Experience within hospitality is desired but not essential.
