CNC Miller Setter Operator
We’re looking to take on a CNC Miller Setter Operator to replace a valued team member who has just been awarded a promotion.

Your duties as our new CNC Miller Setter Operator will include
- Setting up and operating CNC mills
- Making minor adjustments for offsets
- Checking tooling and cutting tips for wear, replacing when needed
- Checking the accuracy of your work against engineering drawings
- Keeping your area clean and tidy
- Plus any associated duties as required.
Reporting to the Manager, your job will see you producing precision engineered component parts mostly made from stainless steel and aluminium. You’ll join an already well established and supportive team where you’ll be welcomed and given all the support you need to settle in and to get up to speed in your new job. This is a role which will suit you if you take a pride in your work and you like to produce high quality products that you know will be put to good use. The components you will be responsible for will often change or perhaps even save someone’s life.

Essential requirement for this job: CNC Milling experience (no programming experience needed)
Working hours: 39 hour working week, day shift, finishing at lunch time on Fridays, overtime readily available.
Pay rate: we’re looking to payup to £35,000 per year plus overtime opportunities. Please get in touch with your requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
