Home-based, £45,000 base + uncapped OTE
A well-established Software Solutions company are looking for an Account Manager to manage and expand their customer relationships and database. This pivotal role, will report into the Head of Sales and will be responsible for maintaining effective partnerships with existing end users, resellers and channel partners to ensure growth within the market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic relationship builder who is highly motivated and eager to build rapport with clients.
The successful candidate will manage, retain and grow key accounts by presenting new products and support services to clients and be responsible for presentations on products and services that meet and exceed clients needs.
Further responsibilities include:
– Creating a yearly/quarterly/weekly contact plan to maximise customer facing time based on objectives.
– Identifying and resolving any issues relating to customers in conjunction with management expectations.
– To help organise and be present where necessary at customer events.
– Regular reporting on activity for analysis, including sales reports, meeting updates.
Skills required:
– Proven experience as an account manager or client relationship manager.
– Great communication and negotiation skills.
– Good business acumen.
– Ability to target and gain new business within the UK.
This role is home-based from anywhere in the UK.
