Job Purpose
- Work closely with the firm’s Directors, supporting a vast portfolio of clients – becoming the trusted advisor for businesses across a wide range of sectors.
- Review and provide input on monthly management reporting, including KPIs and summaries.
- Lead the overall management of the firm, ensuring service excellence.
- Provide line management to junior team members, including constructive mentorship.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Provide technical support for team members, proactively knowledge sharing and fostering an educational working environment.
- Lead quality control of deliverables, reviewing working and providing final input.
- Nurture relationships with key partners and third parties.
- Supporting the firm with other duties as needed.
