Your role & responsibilities as a Classroom Supervisor:
- Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
- Assist teachers with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
- Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, as directed by teachers.
Non-negotiables:
- Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting
- Basic knowledge of classroom technology and educational software
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
