About Us: Our Client is a dynamic and reputable Law Firm located in Central London who are seeking a talented and dedicated Chinese-Speaking Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on property transactions.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property law.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing residential property transactions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
