Hi! I’m Amory from NonStop, and I’m working with an independent care home in the West Midlands. They’re seeking an experienced support worker to join their Learning Disabilities Team!
What Will I Be Doing?
* Provide day-to-day care and support to children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties * Implement tailored care plans, promoting life skills, independence, and social integration * Maintain accurate records and collaborate with colleagues and external agencies for comprehensive care provision

Requirements:
* Previous experience with children facing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties preferred * Compassionate and patient nature; strong communication skills * Flexibility for shifts, including sleep-in duties and weekends * Valid enhanced DBS check, compliance with regulatory requirements * Driving license required; NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred
