Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for providing great customer service? We’re recruiting organised and committed Call Handlers to join a leading financial services organisation in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary position, a minimum 6-month fixed term contract.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our client’s customers while adhering to phone KPIs. Day to day, you’ll be answering customer queries and providing information in a professional manner as well as escalating any problems, mistakes or issues to a line manager.

Knowledge and Skills

* At least 1-year experience in call centre/customer service phone-based roles
* Experience in the financial industry or pensions would be an advantage but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Strong team player
* Acting with accountability and integrity

This is a temporary role based at our client’s modern, lakeside offices in Milton Keynes with free on-site parking.
