Business Support Officer – £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experiences)
Hours – 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Hybrid Working)

What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a motivated, organised individual with strong communication skills to provide high level administrative support to various functions within Response. You will ensure stakeholders and key decision makers have access to accurate, relevant and timely information, supported by efficient processes, templates and tools, thereby playing a crucial part in providing efficient & effective support to enable Response to achieve the corporate goals and mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role and we are excited to welcome a new addition into our friendly, dedicated team.

- Collaborate with managers and evaluate existing information to create data and information that is timely, relevant, consistent and informative for the success of the contracts.
- Collection and collation of statistics, data or other management information for support to the organisation including internal audits, safeguarding, serious incidents and contract reporting.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets including data input and extractions for monthly and quarterly reporting to the Executive, committees, board, partners and service providers.
- Manipulate data and analyse trends, patterns and anomalies to understand key areas of focus and impact of the findings, and highlight these to the contract owners and Business Support Manager.
- Generate reports and develop charts and information in a way that is tailored to the audience and simple to read and understand.
- Support relevant teams in putting in place a consistent approach to pulling data from systems for accurate reporting.
- Support the Safeguarding Lead with tracking activities, identifying trends and analysis of serious incidents.
- Collaborate with the Receptionist and stakeholders in the policies, complaints and concerns processes and compliance, ensuring high quality customer service and best practice approaches are being created.
- Document current and future state business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT Support Officer to create design solutions that meet business requirements and process automation to improve efficiencies.

- A levels (or equivalent).
- Advanced user of Office 365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of data, data analysis, presentation of data and interpreting numbers.
- Database and systems understanding.
- Working in an administrative role which coordinates activities across multiple teams.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Good customer service.
- Experience working to strict deadlines without compromising content and service.
