We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership Policy team, in this exciting new opportunity. As a BusinessSupport Officer you will provide administrative, management and project support to the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership.

- To provide general administrative and management support within the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership, specifically to the workstreams
- To service relevant bodies and meetings, including organising meetings, collating and distributing papers, taking minutes and coordinating action trackers
- To manage purchase orders from raise to close down
- Support the achievement of the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership objectives. Working with workstream sponsors and leads, assist with the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at furthering the work of the Partnership

- Experience of providing administrative or management support
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues, taking initiative and demonstrating self-motivation to achieve results
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers through a logical approach to dealing with problems
- Ability to manage a variable workload and demonstrate strong prioritisation skills, create plans and adhere to deadlines
- To have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to record minutes and actions accurately and efficiently to a consistently high standard

- Annual pay scale increase
- Fixed term contract till 26th February 2027
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays
