Business Development Manager – IT Solutions – Oxford, Oxfordshire
**HYBRID WORKING**
£32K-£40K + OTE £10-£15K (UNCAPPED)+ vendor training + bens
Being an award winning nationally based IT Distribution partner working with resellers across the UK, our client is currently looking for a new business focussed Business Development Manager to join the team and run a key vendor taking their product range to market targeting new and existing reseller partners.
This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with experience working the IT Channel looking to become a vendor specialist and receive full vendor training.
Key experience required for the Business Development Manager role:
3-5 years’ experience working for either an IT Distributor or IT Reseller at field sales or key account management level.
Knowledge of the IT Networking and/or managed services market preferred.
A track record self-generating new business partners and working closely with an internal sales/sales support team.
Track record of sales performance
Full driving license
The successful Business Development Manager will be given a pool of existing partners from other vendors relationships to target but previous reseller partner knowledge would be advantageous. You must be comfortable spending time on site, helping with sales promotions and presenting at senior management level.
You will have the full support of a technical and customer service team but will be expected to work all stages of the sales process coming into the office at least twice a week.
