As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, with key responsibilities including:

Generating Hot Sales through your existing network.

Proactively seeking out new accounts and opportunities for FireClass products.

Managing existing customer relationships to achieve growth targets.

Driving top and bottom-line growth through strategic sales efforts.

Promoting the sale of Detection equipment through specialist Fire Systems integrators.

How You Will Do It:
Reporting to the Northern EU&AF Sales Director, you’ll collaborate with key installers in various sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Large Commercial. Your role will involve:

Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and presenting technical information at board level.

Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.

Focusing on pipeline growth and conversion improvement to meet sales targets.

Identifying market opportunities and gaps for setting up new Fire Systems Integrators.

Supporting events and aligning with other JCI brands to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous success in business development and account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector.

Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection or security/Intrusion.

Strong ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.

Proven track record of building and expanding relationships across organizations.

Proficiency in developing successful sales plans and fostering teamwork.

Valid UK driving license.
Preferred
-
Experience in surveying buildings and designing fire/security systems.
-
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
