This is a hybrid role, with you spending Monday-Wednesday working alongside your Sales and wider Moorepay colleagues in our Swinton offices, and the rest of your time working from home.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business through sales of Moorepay products and services and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Following pre-determined sales process to ensure maximum conversion of opportunities.
- Self-generating appointments and attending client meetings on a weekly basis. Meetings to be made up of self-generated appointments, inbound leads, and outbound leads from telemarketing.
- Sourcing and developing new prospective clients.
- Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to new prospective clients.
- Effectively demonstrating Moorepay solutions to prospective clients.
- Developing clear and effective written proposals for new revenue opportunities.
- Working closely with management to ensure you have the optimum solution for the prospective client.
- Working closely with the implementation and operational teams to ensure effective and smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Ensuring CRM system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supplying the management team with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeping abreast of the Moorepay product portfolio, technical services, market conditions, and competitive activities, through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with the respective business areas.
- Participating in trade shows and conventions.
- Proposing solution development requirements that best address end-user needs and continually improve Moorepay solutions.
Skills & experience
- Successful Business Development Manager or Senior Account Executive who is used to working in a B2B sales environment.
- Experience in SaaS sales (HR/Payroll software sales an added bonus) is desirable.
- Experience in generating new business, well versed with the full sales cycle.
- Demonstrable success in (over)achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in an articulate, passionate and motivational way.
- Self-motivated, able to inspire and energise yourself to perform.
