Job Description
We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals who hold excellent interpersonal skills over the telephone to join our fantastic team in the heart of Farnham town centre.
On a day-to-day basis you will be building strong relationships with customers (B2C and B2B) by sharing your knowledge of the courses available at the College and explain the many benefits that they will receive upon enrolling.
The College will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to target customers through innovative marketing strategies, ultimately achieving the desired sales outcomes. This, in turn, will boost your monthly earnings, as our commission structure has no limits, allowing you to earn as much as you wish in addition to your basic salary.
The main abilities to bring to the job would be your bubbly and friendly personality which will attract new students over the phone as well as being an important member of the team in the Farnham head office.

– Meeting objectives (i.e. how many calls to make per day)
– High productivity on call times and outbound calls to meet the base standards
– Reliably maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients.
– Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build a strong rapport.
– Working with the Director to maximise customer opportunities.
– Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits.

– Previous experience of working within sales desirable.
– Be open-minded and able to adapt to any challenges which may arise.
