Description

  • The role of a Project Change Manager is crucial for a systems migration involving HCM, WFM, and Payroll.

  • The Project Change Manager will report directly to the Change Manager in the in-house Programme Management function.

  • The role requires specialised expertise in change management and hands-on implementation of change management activities for the Payroll teams.

  • Responsibilities include reporting to the Programme, leading and executing change management for the Payroll function.

  • Tasks involve conducting impact assessments, identifying training needs, and delivering communication and engagement strategies.

  • Collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Change Manager, project team, Business Process Owners, Functional Change Leads, SMEs, and Change Champion network is essential.

  • The focus is on ensuring a comprehensive understanding of ongoing and planned changes and ensuring operational acceptance, adoption, and sustainability.

  • The role also aims to prevent saturation, overload, dual activity, misunderstandings, and negativity within the organisation.

Profile

  • Experience in managing, delivering and embedding migration to Oracle HCM or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience of managing, delivering and embedding change in cross-functional, fast-paced environments across a broad range of roles and locations.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management best practice and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders to assess requirements and implementing successful and effective change management across large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Experience developing high quality change materials (including stakeholder map, impact assessments, training needs analysis, training and communications etc.).
  • Direct and engaging management style, with the ability to manage through influence and build effective relationships.
