As they continue to expand their presence across the UK and ROI territories, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, to lead their brand management efforts and drive their marketing strategy forward.
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the marketing strategy for our client’s portfolio of brands across the UK and ROI markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, creating promotional assets, communication tools, and sales kits to support brand initiatives.
Additionally, you will manage a marketing budget, closely monitoring and reporting on its allocation and effectiveness throughout each product lifecycle. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in guiding the development and growth of our client’s brands in the region, including forward planning and range strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands across the UK and ROI territories.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
- Create promotional assets, communication tools, and sales kits to support brand initiatives and drive sales.
- Manage a marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the Head of Marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Creative to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide strategic recommendations for brand development, forward planning, and range strategies to optimize product offerings and drive growth.
The position is a 12 month fixed term contract and will work closely with the Head of Marketing. Early finish on a Friday and hybrid working.
