Michelle Denny Recruitment is searching for a Branch Manager for a successful care agency who has branches in both Norfolk and Suffolk This renowned care agency based in Halesworth, Suffolk is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to oversee and lead their compassionate team who have achieved an overall CQC rating of ‘Good’. The position pays up to £35,000pa with associated benefits attached.

The business is committed to providing exceptional care services to individuals dealing with dementia & mental health conditions and Parkinson’s disease, as well as those requiring palliative, respite, and emergency home care. As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of care services. A detailed job description is available but here is a quick snapshot of responsibilities:

* Managing and supervising your team, ensuring they have all they need in order to deliver person-centred care that meets individual needs.
* Overseeing care plans, assessments, and regular reviews to maintain high quality care standards.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
* Implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold regulatory compliance and promote a safe and nurturing environment.

We are looking for an individual with:

* Proven experience in a care management or supervisory role, preferably within a similar setting.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach towards individuals with diverse care needs.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent would be advantageous)
* Access to your own transport.
