Our client a leader in facilities management require a Bids Manager, this role will play a crucial role in crafting persuasive bid responses that demonstrate our ability to meet client requirements. Your expertise in both public and private sector Facilities Management tenders, coupled with your understanding of Hard and/or Soft Facilities Management, will contribute to the development of winning proposals that set us apart from the competition.

Job Description: Lead the bid process, leverage your expertise to develop compelling solutions for new business. Your role involves project managing proposals, developing win themes, and ensuring high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise experience in public and private tenders to inform bid strategy.
  2. Support development of operational and commercial solutions.
  3. Develop win themes and value propositions.
  4. Project manage proposals from start to finish.
  5. Produce high-quality written submissions.
  6. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
  7. Ensure bid governance processes are followed.
  8. Manage multiple opportunities in the sales cycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in Facilities Management tenders.
  • Understanding of Hard and/or Soft Facilities Management.
  • Strong project management and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
