Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne
Focus: Working across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) – Behaviour Management
Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing behaviour management strategies in classroom settings.
- Providing one-on-one support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress in behaviour management.
- Liaising with parents and caregivers to provide feedback and support.
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferably in behaviour management roles.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students.
