  • Focus on inbound private and public sector leads
  • Identify, map, and approach warm prospects
  • Deliver warm prospect outreach via phone, email, and social media
  • Prepare and deliver demos
  • Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Build strong rapport
  • Collaborate with colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
  • Continue personal development and learning
