Automation Test Engineer – 50K + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday – Onsite Gym – Hybrid Working (once a week in office) – Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Automation Test Engineer to join an established, technical organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford). They have featured in the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, RegTech100 and Financial Times fast growing companies. The are also proud to hold the Great Place to Work certification.
Working within an in-house software development team that launched a new version of their award-winning platform in 2022, the Software Automation Engineer is responsible for helping the Product Team to deliver an ambitious product roadmap by taking ownership of product quality and ensuring effective automated testing methods are utilized by the business. The new platform is fully modernized with cloud and API integration, and can be easily integrated and configured to client systems.
Automation Test Engineer Experience:
* Designed, developed, and maintained automated test suites using C# and relevant test automation frameworks
* Writing Test Cases for Automation
* Developing automated Test Scripts using C#
* API Testing
* Postman
* Understand software requirements and design test cases that validate functionality, performance, and usability
* Implement automated test scripts and execute them to identify defects and ensure consistent software quality throughout the development process
* Understanding of the SDLC and STLC
* Selenium, Behat, Cucumber, JUnit, or similar
* PHPunit
You will be a motivated Automation Test Engineer with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Automation Test Engineer should have strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
