This business is well established in it’s market and benefits from a high proportion of inbound M&A and sell-side activity. It has high market share of the mid-market Technology sector.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech sector and have accrued M&A experience in a well regarded mid-market platform or Big 4 and will be looking to transition into a more entrepreneurial environment and have more ownership. Previous TMT experience is not a prerequisite.
Primary responsibilities of an Analyst or Associate include:
Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in cpollaboration with the wider team)
Performing detailed sector and company research
Financial and capital modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution
In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience:
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Robust experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
M&A deal experience – (TMT or Technology sector exposure is advantageous)
