We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager – Childcare Assessment Team.
It is to work full time, 37 hours per week.
3 month initial contract and a chance of extension.
Job role –
To provide supervisory responsibility for up to 7 social workers ensuring that they receive appropriate line management support which will include as a minimum:
Monthly supervision and two-way feedback on performance.
An annual Performance Review.
Access to the training and development identified in the annual performance review.
Opportunities for professional self development including membership of groups working on projects aimed at continuous improvement.
