Assembly Operator/Solderer
Join our esteemed engineering client based south of Edinburgh as an Assembly Operator/Solderer
At FINTEC recruit, we’re seeking individuals with a passion for precision and electronics. This is a permanent role, offering a negotiable salary based on your experience. Work four days a week (Monday to Thursday) from 7 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. and enjoy long weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate at the highest quality as an Electronic Assembly Operator.
- Wire panels and connectors using precise soldering and crimp joints.
- Form wire looms and cables with finesse.
- Solder surface mount and conventional components onto PCBs.
Desired Skills and Experience for the Assembly Operator / Soldering –
- Proven ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly is essential.
- Proficient in hands-on soldering and assembly work, from manufacturing to product testing and despatch.
- Capability to interpret and work from engineering drawings for both production and prototype PCBs.
