Our client in Guildford are currently looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager for the very busy dealership.

They are looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to join their team. As a key leader in the busy service department, you will have the opportunity to shine and ensure your team consistently delivers outstanding customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control profitability using monthly management accounts, taking action to maximise opportunities.
- Organise, direct, and control your teams’ activities to meet plans and budgets.
- Provide coaching and training to improve team members’ performance, with a focus on customer satisfaction, first-time fix process, time management, and product knowledge.
- Support the workshop loading activities to maximise efficiency.
- Drive workshop efficiency through technician retention and training
The ideal Candidate
- Have a proven track record producing top CS results
- Have managed workshops and parts departments
- Have experience coaching a high performing team
- Have prior experience as an Aftersales Manager with brands using a balanced scorecard
