Are you an experienced financial services professional looking to take on a rewarding role within a dynamic and client-focused environment? We are seeking a Senior (IFA) Administrator to join a dedicated team in Chorley. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our team of Financial Advisors and ensuring the smooth running of our financial services practice.
Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review documentation related to client accounts, ensuring all files and records are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Investment and Financial Product Research: Assist financial advisors in researching investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
* Application Processing: Handle the administrative aspects of financial product applications, liaising with providers and clients to facilitate a smooth application process.
* Portfolio Management: Help monitor and manage client investment portfolios, making sure they align with the clients’ financial goals and risk profiles.
* Report Generation: Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, summarizing their investment performance and financial status.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial position
* Knowledge of financial products, investments, pensions and financial planning procedures.
* Understanding of compliance regulations and data protection.
