Opportunity
Currently seeking an Administrator, to start ASAP on a temporary basis for around 3 months, this is a part time opportunity working every day (Monday to Friday) 8:30am until 12:30pm, term time only.
Main duties:
* Calling students in the morning/afternoon to ensure they are in class
* Working with parents and teachers to identify and address attendance issues example Organise meetings with parents and teachers to address attendance issues
* Send letters out to parents and students
* Monitor registers are marked on time
* Monitor class attendance records
* Work with managers to Identify at risk students with support put in place to improve attendance
* Provide attendance reports
* Some other admin responsibilities at the request of managers
Skills required:
* Strong admin experience
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Able to start ASAP, can commit to part time hours on a temporary basis
