Highly organised and efficient Administrator required to join a reputable construction consultancy based in their Sale office.

The Administrator duties:

The administrator will be required to perform secretarial duties, technical duties and general office duties.

These duties include:

  • Answering incoming calls and having a positive phone manner
  • Ordering office supplies such as stationary
  • Dealing with the post
  • Liaising with computer and copier maintenance companies
  • Filing, photocopying
  • Copy typing letters and reports
  • Assisting with tenders and contract documents
  • Accurate filing of fee’s
  • Intermediate use of Excel, mostly data input
  • Tender assistance with InDesign
  • Liaising with other offices, and supporting across other offices where necessary
  • Use of various construction portals such as CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructiononline and ensuring compliance
  • Updating the social media
  • Arranging office events and social events
  • Quality Assurance
  • Use of DocuSign Management

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8:30 – 5:30 Friday 8:30 – 3:00pm
