The Talent Set is working with a leading health charity as they search for an Administration Assistant to support them on a fun 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the Organisational Development team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the Organisational Development function.
  • Coordinate team meetings, circulate agendas and make meeting notes.
  • Provide support with financial administration tasks such as raising purchase orders – making sure suppliers have the necessary information to invoice us.
  • Provide admin support to the recruitment team in relation to the charity’s recruitment process.
  • Help support a speedy onboarding process making sure the relevant documentation has been received.
  • Provide coordination support to the Learning team to arrange in-house training courses for colleagues across the charity.
  • Carry out ad hoc admin tasks for the HR, L&D & EDI teams – ordering food for meetings, booking calendar invites/meeting rooms and taking meeting notes.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, enabling others to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Proven experience in supporting the administration of time-sensitive tasks and processes.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team.
  • Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace to work collaboratively and productively.
  • Proficient with Google workspace packages.
  • A problem-solving, solution-focussed approach and experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and compliance is desirable.

What’s on offer:
This is a part-time role (28-hours – Monday to Thursday) and is paying £21,600 per-annum (£27,000 FTE). The role is office-based so you must be able to work in the charity’s Central London office on all 4-days.
