As a Sales Account Manager, you’llbe the trusted partner for our client’s software, hardware, and services requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

Being the main point of conact for customer needs, driving retention, and fostering growth among valued clients.

Enabling the onboarding and delivery of our client’s offerings and innovative technology solutions to customer employees.

Collaborating closely with the broader sales team to support customer requirements, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Achieving and maintaining specific SLAs for customer delivery and vendor expectations.

Building strong partnerships and collaborations with key vendors.
