Account Executive – Commercial Insurance

Due to expansion, the opportunity to work within a large commercial team for a reputable Commercial Account Executive has arisen in Portsmouth. This role is to work with a long-standing company, that has been operating within insurance for over 50 years.
As a Commercial Account Executive you will:
Identify sales opportunities by presenting benefits and key features effectively to acquire new business Develop new business opportunities and lead generation
Identify and follow up on new business leads
Maintaining market and competitor knowledge
Meeting (and exceeding) the targets of the company by constantly searching for new revenue generating chance
Spot cross and up-sell opportunities, which can add value to customers and revenue
Input and maintain client information
Provide accurate statistics and reports for general analysis
You:
You will be a self-starter with a team-player attitude to assist in hitting targets across new business and renewals
Excellent communication skills
Motor Insurance experience is an advantage
You will be confident dealing with clients over the phone or via email
