This is a great opportunity to join an Asset Management team, overseeing the operational facets of outward reinsurance, including treaty setup, recoveries, cash allocation, credit control, reporting, broker communications, and reconciliations for LSM and LMRe. Collaborate closely with OWRI Purchasing, Claims, Finance, and other operational units to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach across all activities.
Role Highlights:
• Reconcile broker statements and internal contracts with precision.
• Accurately post and allocate daily cash using in-house systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Build relationships with internal departments.
• Contribute to producing procedure manuals for cash team tasks.
• Facilitate payments through the internal system.
• Complete mandatory training courses to uphold organizational and departmental competencies.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Follow detailed processes and procedures accurately.
• Support the cash team with month/quarter-end deadlines.
• Exhibit the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in an online team.
• Assist the Cash team with general ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
