Finance Manager Stafford Hybrid working 3/2 – 2/3
Broster Buchanan are delighted to be partnering with a hugely impressive multi-site business.
This is an outward facing Finance Manager position with a strong analytical/ data slant.
You will have wide exposure to the commercial and operational areas of the business and work with Commercial, Supply Chain & Procurement teams, providing support and insight into financial and operational performance.
Whilst manufacturing/ supply chain experience would be helpful, suitable applicants will be those with strong data manipulation skills, gained in medium/ large complex businesses and able to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders.
This isn’t just about producing the numbers, you will enjoy telling a story and always be asking, SO WHAT? WHAT IF?
Key Duties:
Uses analytical tools and data to support decision-making.
Combine financial, non-financial and operational metrics to identify and drive improvements to business financial performance.
Develop true cost to serve to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Develop and automate Supply Chain reporting.
Create and maintain dashboards to support strategy.
Challenge and identify improved waste management.
Support month end duties as appropriate.
Budgets and forecast production
Finance lead for capital investments.
Support CI teams, specifically linked to the profit improvement plan
Who Should Apply: This is a perfect role for either a late-stage finalist/ recently qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), looking to take on a more commercial/ analytical role, or a fully qualified who thrives in a fast paced/ big data environment.
