In this mechanical mobile maintenance role in London you will be:
- Responsible for delivering Mechanical Building services and maintenance PPMs for a portfolio of commercial buildings in London
- Reactive maintenance within commercial buildings in London
- Plumbing works
- Repairing AHU, FCU, Mechanical plant maintenance
- Building long term relationships with clients
- Reporting via a CAFM system
- Gaining quotations, ordering parts
- Mobile, based within London
For this Mobile Mechanical Maintenance role in London we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 mechanical maintenance, or a Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds/ NVQ in Plumbing and Heating
- Experience of building services maintenance PPMs
- Experience of multi skilled building services maintenance
- Experience of changing filters, maintaining AHU and reactive plumbing duties
- Driving licence
