Do you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365, so that you could solve a good number of common Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365 queries straight away?

Futures are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Administrator for our client. This IT Helpdesk Administrator position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. You will be the main IT technical person responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV /Business Central usage across the business. 

IT Helpdesk Administrator – Role Responsibilities – Technical Support, Customer Support, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, D365

  • 1st line technical support for home users as and when required
  • 2nd line technical support for all onsite users
  • Responsible for supporting the team in raising IT tickets inclusive of self-management of own ticket

IT Helpdesk Administrator – Skills and Experience – Technical Support, Customer Support, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, D365

  • An IT or Microsoft linked qualification (and/or at least one years’ experience in a helpdesk administrator role)
  • Experience in supporting end users
  • Work on own initiative and liaise with staff on all levels and communicate at a simple level
  • Ability to fluently communicate in written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365
