Our client, a well-known independent estate agency based in Prime Central London is looking for a trainee lettings negotiator.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and agreements between Landlords and Tenants.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on the local property market.
- Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their property.
- Managing the Lettings process from initial inquiry to moving in.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A can-do and team player attitude.
- Willingness to learn and get stuck in.
- Full-drivers licence is necessary.
